CD CHARM PRE-ORDERS TIMELINE:
October 4 - October 31, 2025 (ET Time)

Everything is in stock except for PRE-ORDER items (i.e Persona 3/4/5 CD charms) + acrylic blocks, since they are made to order (see product description for more info)

(!) Please note that if you buy pre-order items alongside others, your package will only be shipped once the pre-order items arrive.

*tentative date. Please note that enamel pins take longer time to produce than charms & stickers. Unexpected delays can happen during production. Please keep track on my social media(s) for more updates.

ORDERS

  • Order fullfilment for enamel pin pre-orders take 2-3 months minimum. They are handmade and needs extra precision and care and I'd like to keep them high quality. I always order them in a huge bulk and there can be delays during production due to the details in the design – when this happens updates regarding the pins will be sent out per email. Please only order when you are willing to waitThank you for your understanding!
  • Please keep in mind that large prints ( < A3 or A3) will be shipped out with tubes, therefore it is not possible to include non flat merch (charms, enamel pins, etc). Please make a separate order if you wish to purchase merch as well.*
  • Unfortunately shipping with tubes costs more as it is measured by the dimension. Please pick 'Tubes - Registered Air Mail' for the shipping option when checking out.
  • If you wish to use Express Mail Service instead, please pick the EMS option.
  • It is only possible to ship 4 large prints with a tube.

    *Bottle cap pins are an exception – you can order them with A3 prints!

  • All orders are shipped from Indonesia.
    (!) This store is only for international buyers, not for locals. Locals can order by filling out this form.

  • Any orders placed to be sent to countries outside of the listed above will be refunded.
  • The stated shipping cost is flat-rate. If your package exceeded 300 gr, I would need to contact you via email for an additional shipping fee.

    (!) Delays during shipping may happen. Please be patient as you keep track on your package.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Registered Air Mail takes 2 - 12 weeks*. Comes with tracking.
  • Express Mail Service (EMS) takes 4 - 10 business days*. Comes with tracking.
  • Tubes - Registered Air Mail is for A3 prints and flat items + bottle cap pins only. Shipping takes 2 - 12 weeks and with tracking.
  • Stamp Mail comes with both tracking and without tracking options, takes 2 - 12 weeks. For flat items only, with a total of 3 prints (A5 size or less) max. Shipped with a normal envelope without cardboards.
  • Please note that shipping with Express Mail Service (EMS) requires the recipient's complete, full name without abbreviations – otherwise your order can't be processed.
  • For big orders (over 300-350 USD), I'd suggest picking the EMS option. The package might exceed 450 g, which leads to an even higher additional shipping price – the price would be similar compared to EMS, and the default EMS cost is up to 500 g. But if you're unsure, you can contact me.

    *After your package is shipped out, not after you placed an order.



SHIPPING POLICY

  • All sales are final. I do not accept refunds or returns.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing.
  • Due to changes of policy and tariffs, US customers are responsible to pay for any duties before receiveing their order once the package arrives in the country. Please keep this in mind.
  • Unfortunately, only EMS shipping is available for US as of the moment since the regulation change. The post office has not continued Registered Airmail service, as they are still adapting with the new mechanism and procedures. I suggest ordering with friends or do a group order to split the shipping fee
  • Due to VAT regulations, EU customers are responsible for any customs fee upon arrival of their order. This applies to other countries that have similar policies as well, please be aware of it before placing an order.
  • I do not accept PO BOX address.
  • Please let me know if your address needs to be changed / corrected as soon as possible. Orders that are sent to a false address will not be refunded.
  • I am not responsible for any damage that is caused on transit during shipping. Once I drop off the package in the post office, I have no control of its condition afterwards.
  • If by chance your goods arrived heavily damaged, please contact me. I will do my best to help you and we could maybe work something out.
  • In case of returned orders, I can resend your order but you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
  • If you still haven't received your orders after 12 weeks of shipment, please contact me. I'll try my best to help and track it.
  • Please note that I will not be able to contact your local post office for you.
